  • Ben co-founded Peak in 2023. His focus is on finding new opportunities, and building/maintaining relationships with national retail tenants. Ben has been involved in real estate development projects across the United States, with some of the largest retailers in the country.

    He’s also utilized as someone who can get deals of any size capitalized through strategic relationships in his network. Relationships and people are Ben’s strength and what he enjoys the most. He credits his mentors with teaching him that the most valuable assets you have are the relationships you can build and nurture.

    Ben grew up in St. Louis, MO and moved to Dallas following college graduation from the University of Central Missouri. His favorite quote since the first time he heard it 10 years ago is by Henry Ford, “Whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right.”

    Ben and his wife, Carly, have one daughter, Hadley, and a son, Willie.

  • Clint has over 20 years in the real estate development business. He is the co-founder of Peak Development Partners and focuses on strategic relationships, alternative debt financing and development opportunities.

    Prior to Peak, Clint spent 25 years in the insurance industry earring top honors as one of the most distinguished insurance minds around the globe. He built and sold an agency before the age of 37, then went on to lead in the President’s role at one of the top 5 agencies in the world.

    Clint resides in the DFW Metroplex with his wife and three children. A fun fact about Clint is that he use to serve on the Missouri Highway Patrol as a State Trooper. This led him to law officer of the year and what he attributes to his great attention to detail.

  • MICHAEL PODSEDNIK

    ACQUISITIONS AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

  • Michael grew up in Houston, Texas and attended Episcopal High School. He later graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2021. Upon graduation he began with a prominent Commercial Real Estate Developer in Fort Worth, TX. Through that experience Michael has gained an immense amount of knowledge in Build-To-Suit Development, previously specializing in Convenience Store and various Single Tenant Retail Development in the South Texas / Rio Grande Valley Market.

    He recently relocated to Dallas, Texas and is excited to begin working with Peak. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, skiing, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
